We met because we saw the world the same way – even from opposite sides of it.

I run 20+ short-term rentals in Ohio. While my partner, who is from Maine, Eric, runs our studio hotel operation in São Paulo. We both started small, and made a ton of mistakes.
We eventually realized that the best way to grow was to lower the risks using professional partners while automating the administration for investors. We’re not selling a dream. We’re inviting you into our process.
